Most of the time what matters most is the bond between two persons that makes them one. The paradoxical nature of two becoming one in physical, reproduction, in the spirit of togetherness and utmost unity lies in the bond that these two or more persons share.
Two opposites that attracts and joins together lies in the bond that has been created, the habit of attracting to yourself positive elements lies also in the bond you create and that which is created by that which you're in bond with and vise versa. Hence, know what you bond yourself with and bond with it good.
In here, we would talk about bonding in family and narrow it down between the husband and wife. Here's the story of a couple.
Mary and Dave are married with two beautiful kids, educated and happy with their lives. This wasn't so until they learnt the lesson of permitting Malice with them and letting go of the Spirit of togetherness, in other words the bond that exists between the duo.
There was an argument, and both couples let Malice take the decision to set them apart. However, in a country like ours whose cultural beliefs still supersedes our educational background, Mary and Dave stayed together regardless, but meaninglessly not in communication with each other. They both communicated through their children and sometimes via short notes on the To-do Boards, on table or somewhere both could easily notice without having to communicate physically. This went on for a while until God's anger kindled upon them.
A day arrive when Dave had a meeting for a billion dollar project which he is to head and it was schedule for Saturday. A lazy Saturday for the family's need for a weekend rest. Dave knowing he might get up late and needed his wife's diligence and need to tend the house chores. He came back the night before and wrote a note to his wife and kept it under her pillow. In the note he wrote:
Hello dear,
I have a very important meeting by 8am
tomorrow for a billion dollar worth project
I am to oversee of which I need to be up
as early as 6am.
I need you to please wake me up early as
you rise up too for the Saturday cleaning.
Thanks.
The morning came, Dave slept on till 9am and missed the 8am meeting. His phone had recorded several missed calls from his colleagues at work and discovered Mary had decided not to wake him up.
He came out of bed and rushed at Mary in the kitchen, yelling and causing.
"Damnit! Mary you deliberately refused to wake me up after I told you I have a very important meeting today. That is not fair! You're a wicked woman! Heartless, evil and a little witch that you are!" Mary stood there, dumbfounded.
"Why you just standing there, staring into nothing? Are u deaf!" Dave went on. Suddenly, he broke down and began to sob. "Why Mary? We're talking billions here, for you, the kids, your store and me... We're all gonna enjoying the benefit once it landed in our hands and you blew it up. This is wickedness"
Mary shifted, she wore a sad look and thought for a while. "I did woke you up..."
"How the hell did you wake me up? How, woman!"
"Here, I did, come see." She lead him up the stairs and back into the bedroom. Lifted up the pillow where Dave lay the night before and pointed at a tiny piece of paper.
Dave picked up the piece and read.
Dave, it's 6am, please wake up. You said
to wake you up.
Dave cranked up and threw the piece away. "How on earth do you think a paper would wake me up, Mary!"
Mary's hands akimbo, replied "Well that's how we've been communicating all along... This the first time you've spoken to me since our last argument." She left her husband who was now bewildered about the whole incident.
That seemed to have been the last time Mary and Dave let Malice stayed in their home. Malice was sent packing and they chose to let peace dwell in their home as they bonded the more. Sometimes some lessons are taught for better understanding and to add meaning to some of our meaningless habits. And for more genuine purposes it creates emotions and feelings to what we hold unto.
